Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
PadelBuddy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.)
- Customs clearance
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- High demand periods (holidays, sales, etc.)
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages
- Reshipping may require an additional fee
Lost or Stolen Packages
PadelBuddy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- Photos of the item and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders:
- You may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
